1. Nature of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes — describing our departments, product categories, and how to reach us. Product listings and descriptions are informational and do not constitute a binding offer to sell. All sales are completed at the point of purchase, subject to availability, applicable law, and in-person verification where required.

2. Age-Restricted Products

Certain departments retail age-restricted products, including tobacco and smokers' supplies, e-cigarette and vape products, medical and recreational cannabis, cannabidiol (CBD) products, and fireworks. Purchases of these products are available only to individuals who meet the applicable minimum age under California and federal law, and require presentation of valid government-issued identification at the point of sale. We reserve the right to refuse any sale where age or eligibility cannot be verified. 3. Regulated and Licensed Retail

Our age-restricted and regulated departments operate under applicable state licenses and comply with California Department of Cannabis Control, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and Lake County requirements as applicable. Purchase limits, product availability, and permitted forms of payment for regulated products are governed by law and may differ from general retail terms.

4. Products and Availability

Inventory across our departments is physical and finite. Descriptions, photographs, and specifications on this website are provided for reference; we do not warrant that any listed item is in stock at any given time. Special orders, manufactured home purchases, memorial commissions, and consignment arrangements are subject to separate written agreements specifying price, deposit, delivery, and cancellation terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are established at the point of sale and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and any statutory fees are added at purchase. Manufactured and mobile home transactions are governed by the applicable purchase agreement, title documentation, and state titling requirements rather than by these general terms.

6. Returns and Special Orders

Return eligibility varies by department and product type. Perishable goods, feed, custom or engraved items (including memorials and trophies), special orders, and regulated products are final sale except as required by law. Manufactured homes and monuments are governed by their respective written contracts. Nothing in this section limits rights provided by California consumer protection law.

7. Consignments and Auctions

Art consignments and auction services are conducted under separate consignment or auction agreements specifying commission, reserve, authentication, and settlement terms. Condition reports are provided in good faith; buyers are encouraged to inspect items before purchase or bidding.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of Cloud X NRT, Inc or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
